I have taught many people and got miraculous results. “recoveryhealth”™’s “maGic”™ is a 5 minute exercise, which is very simple and very much effective. “maGic”™ is Boon for overweight and diabetes patients. No any side-effects and much more….. So I want to see the whole world healthy. I always see a dream of the healthy and happy world.

My mission is to save Health and Wealth. Today 10% – 15% of income of each family is spend on medicine. I think every one must be free from medicine.   • To do your Body and Body Weight centralize, Do your Foots close.
  • Loose your Body, Easy stand.
  • Keep Face front side (During the Exercise).
  • Keep your seat stable (During the Exercise).

a.Twist – From Neck to waist.
b. Timing 1 second every move.
c. Level – Shoulder.
d. Movement – straight on Body Line.
e. Counting – Left 1, Right 2, left 3 and continuous…
f. 40 time (Spent 40 seconds).
2nd Step
a.Twist – From Neck to waist.
b. Timing 1 second every move.
c. Level – Chest.
d. Movement – straight on Body Line.
e. Counting – Left 1, Right 2, left 3 and continuous…
f. 40 time (Spent 40 seconds).
3rd Step
a.Twist – From Neck to waist.
b. Timing 1 second every move.
c. Level – Waist.
d. Movement – straight on Body Line.
