To get relief from pimples and Acne. Very simple, when got bath, get some water (20ml/25ml) in the mouth before wet body. Then to take bath wet the body and apply bath soap on the body, 2 minutes had been complete. Spit the water. Now wash hands and repeat same process, get some water in the mouth now remove applied soap from the body. 2 minutes had been complete and spit the water.

  1. The way I usually treat pimples is by wetting my face and apply some soap to it,let it dry out and rinse.Simple.

    I find that those bullshit creams you see advertise of TV doesn’t work.

    1. I am a businessman Fabrics, I have Experience about fitness since a long period. Holding Water in the mouth while getting bath is observe extra temperature of The Body and Extra Chemical of body like acid. The Water became thick and slit color change. That does balance temperature of The Body so we got relief from those Diseases which are created by heat of The Body.

      2. Read my blog carefully and follow. Water 20ml to 25ml is sufficient and hold only 2 minutes. Twice the process.
        Don’t fulfill mouth. Hold some water which is easy to mouth.

  3. Does it also work with Acne Marks? because i have a lot of Dark Spots and Acne Marks rather than pimples. Also, do i have to gargle the water? or just let it stay there in my mouth? 🙂

      1. That’s great! A part of Ayurvedic principles also describe heat as the major cause of quite a number of illnesses.
